♫ No treble ♫
Can’t expect a cat to have a very good bark, I guess. 🙂
Our (former Army) professor’s advice before final presentations was to psyche yourself up with “a good hooah!” I can say that it does actually help!

Just how bassy can a fox be, anyway?
Somewhere between Liam Neeson and Jeremy Irons.
It’s been noted my frame is a bit large to be named after a small canine.
So pretty close to what the fox said. At least, the one at the end:
I just listened to the whole thing! ^-^

‘Bout that bass, no treble~
I’m all about that bass~
But a squeaky ‘hooah!’ can be quite cute!
What were you guys getting ready for? From the overalls, I’m guessing painting?
Patio. Brakes. Zombie Apocalypse.
Something messy.
Panel three; he-he-he! 🙂
That’s my favorite panel from this one too. 🙂
Same here, Seley’s face makes me walk a very fine line between HAHAHA and SQUEE!
HOOAH
You know this Just screams for a Spaceballs reference…
Now now, Fox is just one so she isn’t surrounded by a$$holes
I was thinking the surprised base singing 8)
I do miss R. Lee Ermey!
It does tend to throw a wrench into things, trust me.
“Trust me; I’m from the government.
I’m here to help you!”
🙂 😉 🙂
(My friend’s favorite quote. ;-))
Oo-rah (as, apparently, U.S. armed forces say incessantly.)
I hate to be that guy, but “oo-rah” is for the Marines, “hooah” is for the Army.
Both Army and Navy favor “hooah.” Overall it’s the most common variant, not totally unheard of in any of the branches — started off based on the acronym HUA (Heard, Understood, Acknowledged).
Navy SEALs sometimes prefer “hooyah.” The Marines/Coast Guard have “oorah,” and are often quite proud of their unique variation.
The Air Force, according to my father (USAF for 26 years), favors “who, me?” 😀
Friend of my ex-gf was a newbie rider and kept trying to stop her horse by yelling “Who-ah!” …as opposed to “whoa!”. 🙂
You ever play Aliens: Colonial Marines? Someone says “Oorah to ashes” every two seconds… ^_^
As a Meghan Trainor fan, I approve this comic. 🙂
I’m sorry, but when I see “HOOAH!”, I can’t help but think of that one scene from Invader Zim.
There was one scene on there where the tallest were talking down on one of the smaller aliens, who was trying to convince them he was a capable invader, and right after some attempt at a badass boast, he let off a HO-AH!, which was immediately complemented with the shows characteristic squeaky fart noise.
I damned near had a hernia from laughing so hard.
I’m shocked to see so much public discussion of Mandy’s Hooah.
Been trying to resist that one, since the page went live….
Don’t resist. Come to the dark side.
Does the dark side have cookies?
Pies actually
I would not survive in the arms forces. Instead of shouting HUAH (or variant thereof), I would shout FALCON PUNCH, SHOW ME YA MOVES, or DO A BARREL ROLL. This would be the point where I die of shame or beat to a pulp 🙂
Well, of course cats don’t bark. They sneak up on you all quiet-like.
My favorite version of “all about the bass” (swing):
Ah, Army professor. That explains it. Heheh, you should try “OORAH” sometime….never fails to hype up the best of the best. X3
Here’s a Pokemon version (Knowing how much Seley likes the ‘Mon:

go for a ‘Rawr!’ next time. It’s cute, but at least it’s not ‘trying to be deep-voiced’ cute.
You know what Darth Vader’s favorite song is?
“It’s all about my base, ’bout my base, no Rebels~”
